Dynamic Conditioning Centre- The First Fitness and Athletic Playground Celebrates the Official Opening of a New 5400 Square Foot Training Facility and Self Improvement Month, in an Exclusive Open House, September 18th, 2008

Fitness and Conditioning Experts Present Unconventional Training Methods and Tools for a Happy and Functional New You in the Most Unique Training Environment Yet Conceived.

Toronto, Sept 5, 2008- September marks the end of summer and the beginning of a period of change in our lives. Changes in social status, work satisfaction, academic growth and financial position are goals we attempt to make stick for the rest of the year. Lee Davey and Jared Postance, co-founders and conditioning coaches at the Dynamic Conditioning Centre believe September is also a great month for novice and avid fitness “buffs” to consider new training regimes to enhance excitement, results and participation. In celebration of Self Improvement month and the official opening of their new 5200 square foot playground-like facility, Dynamic Conditioning will be hosting an EXCLUSIVE Open House for media, sports organizations, government agencies, charities and fitness enthusiasts on Thursday, September 18th at 619 Yonge St, 2nd Floor from 3pm to 9pm.  Dynamic Fitness and Conditioning coaches will be demonstrating the “Cat’s Lair”- obstacle course conditioning programs designed to build agility, power, balance, coordination, speed, strength and mental acuity. Learn how to train the whole body using unconventional training tools like tractor tires, sleds, ropes, monkey bars, cargo nets, balancing tools and more. Bring your athletic gear and try it out for yourself. Please RSVP Cameron Thomas, GROWTH ASSET at cameron_thomas@rogers.com or 416.660.9801 by September 14th at 6pm.

“The Dynamic Conditioning Center is a destination for all individuals at any level wanting to receive the ultimate in personal service, customized, education oriented programming and top conditioning and therapeutic techniques in an environment that is motivating, functional and fun” says Lee Davey. “We sought to create an athletic playground where both the body and the mind are stimulated and machine training is a thing of the past. Machines create stupid bodies that know only how to work in the same repetitive fashion. At Dynamic we not only ensure that your training will result in a smart, fast and strong body, but that you will do so in an atmosphere of accountability and execution that garner results. Bottom line, we get results fast and you’ll have fun while doing it-you definitely won’t be bored. Self Improvement month is a call to action to get out of your routine workouts and into the playground to Unleash yourself-It’s a gateway to your next level”
